I believe that God has placed us in places intentionally and for a reason. When we are guided by God, wherever He plants us, that is the place where we can bloom and thrive. Not just to struggle or just to live but to flourish and reveal the goodness of a generous God.

Psalm 1:1,2-3 tells us how to thrive in every season. 

"Blessed is the one.... whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by the streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither- whatever they do prospers." 

To bloom is to nourish our souls regularly in the Word just as we nourish our flowers by watering them. To thrive where you are planted is to live in the fullness of who God created you to be. Even when everything else appears to be lost, to believe and trust in the goodness of God! "Do not compromise with the truth of our identity- which is rooted in the love of God." When we are secure in God's love, we are protected, for He has the perfect plan and is working for our good as we trust in Him.
